Whether you are planning on investing in real estate, an aircraft, or a boat, let us help you protect your assets with an LLC. Utilizing an LLC to shelter certain investments has become one of the most preferred methods to protect against personal risk. This provides insulation that limits liability and protects your personal assets such as your home, car, and other personal belongings. In addition, using an LLC allows to simplify and pass-through taxes, build credit, maintain privacy from tenants, and separate personal and business expenses.

The Process

I will handle everything involved with getting your LLC up and running along with annual maintenance:

  1. Help you determine a business name

  2. Register the LLC

  3. File the LLC with the Secretary of State

  4. Formulate and finalize LLC’s Articles of Organization

  5. Obtain a Federal Tax ID Number

  6. Keep track and maintain your annual filing reports

Forming a business entity to hold and separate property is an important strategy for asset protection. However, I am not an attorney and do not give any legal or tax advice. It’s best for people to first confirm that this is what they want, and to let me handle the rest.
